The Town Council brings on esteemed football brand designer Chris Payne to help craft the clubs brand and identity.
“I have been a designer for 12 years and a football fan since I can remember. Specializing in football brand design allows me to fuse my two passions together – Football + design” Says Payne. “With my experience and passion for good design, I can create innovative, relevant, and scalable brands. My love for football allows me to think like a fan, enabling me to create designs that excite the fans.” Payne has designed iconic identities for football clubs worldwide and will bring all his experience and expertise to creating a unique identity for the Town FC.
Payne added: “Having lived in The Bay Area for so many years, I am excited by this opportunity. We can do great things for The Town. I know the people’s passion for Oakland, and we will design an identity that empowers and embraces Oakland; I’m excited to get started”.
