Ron was also crucial as a member of the staff at Arizona State University, leading media relations, event management, and alumni support. At the Golden State Warriors, his multifaceted role enhanced both operations and public relations, complementing his contributions with community-focused initiatives.

Ron was recently Vice President of Operations at California United, where his strategic and operational prowess was in full display. His accomplishments include the effective recruitment and management of a dedicated full-time staff and the implementation of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that significantly boosted fan engagement and brand visibility. His handling of annual budgets and contract management skills were central to sustaining the club’s competitive and financial health. Ron also demonstrated exceptional capacity in overseeing game day operations, magnifying the matchday experience for fans and ensuring seamless logistics. Ron’s commitment to community relations positioned his previous clubs as civic leaders and demonstrated a true understanding of the sport’s role within the broader community context.

“Bringing Ron onboard signifies our commitment to excellence and growth,” said Benno Nagel, CEO of The Town FC. “His experience and visionary outlook align perfectly with our club’s ethos and ambitious roadmap for the upcoming seasons. We’ve always been focused on providing the community with a one of a kind game day experience, and we look forward to leveraging Ron’s extensive history to help bring our goals to life.”
