The Town, CA – The Town FC is excited to announce another addition to their Town Play’s initiative with an upcoming drop in soccer event on November 21st, 2023 at Universal Sports Academy in Martinez. This pickup style event will be open to athletes 15 years or older from 12pm-2pm. Registration is open for up to 50 players max.

“We are excited to host this event and to expand on The Town Plays, while giving local athletes the opportunity to compete in a fun and safe environment,” said The Town FC CEO, Benno Nagel. “Our focus has always been community first, and ensuring we provide competitive opportunities for the many athletes across the East Bay. We look forward to hosting many more events like this as we head into 2024.”

Registration for the event is $10 and players can secure their spots here. Athletes must be at least 15 years and up to register, minors registering will require a signature from a guardian. Athletes must bring black and white shirts (some additional pinnies will be available) and sign 

the Universal Sports Academy facility waiver available here.
